Keystay represents a unique concept in Romania regarding the professional management of private hotel accommodation units. The result of over 15 years of experience in the management of hotel properties, KeyStay is dedicated to all owners who want to offer their home to tourists, without any hassle.
The fever of renting one’s own house to tourists is the newest global trend, especially in cities and tourist areas, but not only! The fact that you own a second home or want to rent your own home also means providing quality services to your guests. This is how KeyStay appeared, which wants to take hotel rental to another level, a professional one.
In order for it to be a profitable business, the owners of apartments, villas or cabins must offer guests professional services, hospitality, impeccable cleaning, but also a good coordination in welcoming guests and solving all the requirements and technical defects that may appear during their stay.
Our team
The KeyStay team is made up of young people with experience in managing private units, from managers and reservation agents, to check-in agents, technicians, hospitality specialists and IT programmers.
Both thanks to the team and the portfolio of unique properties spread in interesting locations, and especially with the help of our partners, we managed to reach and maintain a high level of services, making it a similar experience in all our properties.
