Mission
From 2007 until 2022, over 1 billion guests have booked one of the nearly 4 million vacation homes available on websites such as AIRBNB. It is estimated that by 2025 these numbers will double.
In Romania, at the moment, there are over 18,000 hotel accommodation vacation properties available, spread out in cities such as Bucharest, Cluj, Brasov, Iasi, Timisoara and many more by the seaside in tourist areas such as Mamaia, Neptun and Olimp, Jupiter or Saturn, even Vama Veche or in mountain areas such as Poiana Brasov, Sinaia or Predeal, Rasnov and Sighisoara, but above all, in the Danube Delta from Sfantu Gheorghe to Chilia, Dunavat or Murighiol.
Sites such as AIRBNB or BOOKING.COM, as well as other booking platforms from Romania, have helped a lot with the growth of this tourism segment, as of now, these platforms reserve hundreds of thousands of nights of accommodation per year, only in Romania.
At KeyStay, our mission is to manage hotel apartments using a mix of knowledge, experience and a promotion team, all in optimal parameters, to offer the best facilities for the owners and to create and maintain a long-term business. Using algorithms and automation specific to large hotels, we achieve enviable results and, thus, the owners who test this type of business in collaboration with us, begin invest their assets in new locations, ready to receive guests.
In order for this to be a profitable business, the owners of the apartments, villas or cabins must offer guests professional services, hospitality, impeccable cleaning, but also a good coordination when it comes to welcoming guests and solving all the requirements and technical issues that might appear during their stay.
The most important element, however, consists of the promotion, coordination and the optimal management regarding reservations, so as to obtain a maximum degree of occupancy, all without overbooking. Overbookings represent the end of such businesses and, practically, the impossibility of operating in the future, due to the restrictions imposed by these platforms, as well as the reviews received from the affected guests.
If you own a property where you do not live permanently, join us to be able to grow the business community of hotel accommodation properties.
